Tobias, I don't think I'll be hitting the run tonight but would like to get a look at your reel for you and maybe we can arrange a meet to check it out. (My wife is giving me a fair amount of reign to fish). From your discription it sounds like the reel is completely unuseable, is that correct? Planning to fish anywhere this weekend???

Hey John - Plan on fishing down in the Narragansett Bay somewhere tomorrow and then the ditch on Sunday. The reel will seize up or not spin freely when in free spool. You spin the reel backwards a few times then it will work but you have to do this every time. I've taken it apart several times and can't seem to get it to work correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Would love to get out more this weekend but have some wedding planning to do. Less than two months away!!! Hope to hear from you. Maybe we can hookup somewhere. Thanks.

Tobias what kind of reel is it. I may be able to help you out . bring it by my shop and i will look at it. (after holiday weekend)
