Spring is around the corner - time to get the gear ready!!!

So what's up for the weekend?

Springs around the corner for sure... saw a wood cock Wednesday and flocks of Robins have invaded my garden... that being said.. this weekend and next week( vacation) is all about ice fishing... still 18" of solid black ice on some Lakes region NH lakes.. and with the forecast for 2 and 3 degree lows and day time temps in the mid teens this weekend it's not going anywhere... goal for next week is to fill the freezer with white perch... tis the season..

TAXES!!!!!!

Four of my son's friends from back east are out here for a long weekend, so I expect that there is going to be a lot of skiing and partying going on this weekend.

Just some more pew pew stuff with the boy.

Sinker party at my buddies house and trying to find a cap for my truck. Really dont want to buy a new one.

Fire up the wood stove to take the chill out this morning, hit the gym and probably watch some golf, drink some beer and wish it was as warm as a week ago. Repeat Sunday, can't wait to get out and bend a rod, went through all the gear over the past week or two and I'm good to go.
