A few Finns I follow on NatSec stuff are very concerned - though they are paid to be concerned.

Why invade when you can buy? Prior to the EU sanctions, rich Russians were snapping up property in Finland left and right. You couldn't go anywhere in summer without tripping over obnoxious Russian tourists.
