For years, I have been looking for a used Privateer 24 center console, I just love them, rarely, rarely, rarely see them.

Well, one is for sale in FL, a 2016 build. Owner says it's a certified Coosa board boat. I don't know much about Coosa board, from what I understand, it's an alternative to plywood that is lighter than plywood, as strong as plywood, doesn't rot, and is WAY more expensive than plywood.

Anyone know much about this material? I don't know if it's just the transom, or if Coosa was used throughout the hull.

I replaced the deck of my BHM 3 years ago with it.
Excellent core material for certain applications but like you mentioned, it's not cheap !

Thanks. What applications is it good for, what would you say it's not good for?
