if you get a chance to watch "the fish on my plate" its worth it. its season 35 episode 13 of frontline on pbs. Paul Greenberg does a pretty good job. lots of good info on fish farming, omega 3, anchovies and even a few stripers being caught

I watched it too. I found it amazing that in one year of eating virtually no protein but fish - 700 meals he estimated - his blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. were virtually unchanged . . . then he ate a cheeseburger to celebrate :D
I'm going on an all cheeseburger diet - that was shocking he wasn't any healthier. The great "fish is so good for you" hype. That 1 salmon farmer was doing it right - no antibiotics, less fish in the pens, etc. and the guy doing kelp was cool. Bivalves are the future

Also surprised at the country of Peru being such a big player with sardines as feed.
