When your center console is parked next to the canal can you still fill it with 15 fish Monday and Thursday ?

as long as you are in it and catching those 15 in the water, if you are on the ground you can only keep 2 or 3 I think.

So officer sir.... yeah I got those fish this morning out in the bay... yeah, that's it !
And I stopped by to see my friends fishing the canal on the way home ! Yeah.
I would never have my friends top me off with extra fish ! Why that would be illegal sir.
