Pew, pew My older 2 want to wet a line this weekend, probably snappers in Western CT. John, I am interested in that permit. Looks like we will be getting a seasonal campsite near Charlestown for the next few years, and that permit may make a lot of sense for my family. From what I understand, during the summer, you can drive on the trail in Charlestown to access remote areas of East Beach, but you can't drive on the beach in the summer? And after Labor Day, there are areas where you can drive on the beach? Just in Charlestown, or is there a stretch in Westerly, too? tattoobob 09-08-2017, 02:04 PM Tonight relaxing and doing some packing Tomorrow and Sunday Julie and I are heading to Sandy Neck to do some camping and fishing on the beach I love being there I just hate driving to and from hahaha Clammer 09-08-2017, 04:35 PM jim go om the CRMC site for the complete info ................. all of SKNG is closed to off road Charlestown & westerly & BI have area open as of 09/15 .but realistly [sp] I wouldn,t even try Charlestown that early .its still full of beach people .
