The wader belt will never act like a dry suit. (Maybe he was wearing a dry suit?). If your waders fill with water, and they are loose fitting waders, it is close to impossible to pull yourself out of the water and Into your kayak. I’m no angel and I have winter kayaked in waders, but I woke up and realized the danger. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device BigFish 11-14-2017, 07:39 AM I am not an advocate of wearing waders in a kayak......I don't care what anyone says.....its like wearing cement shoes in a boat! The person who does it will not realize how stupid it was until its too late! vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
