Slip said OK everyone, we have the hall for Feb. 24th 9AM to 4PM , bartender from 12-4. this gives me and hour before to setup for plugfest I should get there by 8 and if others can stay after to help clean up it will be appreciated. The main hall and bar are upstairs and the kitchen and more tables to eat are downstairs. The clubhouse if to the left as you drive in to the parking lot, it is the smaller building up on the same level as the main lot, not the large archery building. I am not sure how much we will need to take in for the door entrance yet. We will have more details about other stuff later.
