Having gone from surfrat to boat ho the next step was obvious. My fishing partner Soups (he did used to fish, before he opened a damn tackle store) and I have been looking at boats over the last couple of years. We drove some, looked at others but passed on them. Then we saw this one, flew to New Orleans to sea trial it and that sealed the deal.
2002 Sea Vee 260B , 2014 Verado 300 , Garmin electronics.

Our first trip was yesterday as we took the wives out for Mother's Day and the fish or the boat did not let us down. So if you see this boat out somewhere say hi, I have much to learn about operating a boat and luckily I've got great friends on this site helping us along.

Nice vessel

Why do you pu stuff under the tires when parking?

The pavers are under the tires are so I stop in the right area. I cut the hell out of the big branches that stick out from the tree but there's a few more up there that could damage stuff if they fall and I don't want to chance it.

Congrats Andy... lots of Florida charter Capts use Sea Vees... They even make that 26 with a inboard diesel.

I'm sure you will enjoy it and you have the truck to tow it
