So I’m putting in 240v floor heating and the installation calls for testing resistance with a typical multimeter and a megaohmmeter.
Anyone local in CT and have one? Would rather not double the materials cost for this job by having to buy a $$$$ tool just for this

There are some pretty cheap multimeters out there these days. I am out of town for a week or I would give one of mine. Let me know if you can wait a bit. Bob H.
Hey Bob, I have a multimeter, but it’ll only measure resistance up to 200 megaohms, and this stupid floor heat I’m installing requires me to measure up to 1.2 gigaohms... so I either need a megaohmmeter or a flux capacitor and I don’t have either :/
