Just finished 100 sq ft of slate on a cement wall. Actually 4' x 25' and I did a staggered brick pattern with 12 x 12 slates.

Doing 100' of cobblestone edging around a stamped concrete walk tomorrow. I just figured out that cutting trees is easier than stone work.

:hihi: Jeez Paul, ain't no grass growing under your feet that's for sure.
I always thought you were supposed to do the physical work when you are young, then the mental work as you age, not the other way around. Whatever keeps you going :btu:

Lots of stone work happening here....removing ledge... Four hours yesterday with pneumatic jack hammer on bobcat excavator. Eight hours today of stone drill and splitter.... Not me. And they are not done, but close. Re doing driveway with pavers, taking out steep pitch, adding small front terrace with granite stairs. Hemorrhaging funds today.
