I think you can as long as it's confirmed by the Senate. Scotus had a case similar to this last year and they said you need Senate confirmation.

Sketchy, a bit? The fact that he hasn’t offered to recuse himself immediately valid or not speaks volumes as to why he’s been proposed. Not surprised there’s no outrage here to be honest. They’re all Frank Drebben at this point.

Don't throw me in that boat, Jeff. Hardly an evening or morning goes by without a WTF from the wife or me when one informs the other of the day's Trump events.... Incredulous, yes. Outraged when being blatantly lied to. Supporting the Republic and hoping to survive this.


I wonder how this time will be viewed in history... and whether we are as divided as the country appeared to be in 1968
