The Narragansett Surfcasters are pleased to announce that our 6th Annual Surf Day will be held February 9, 2019 at the Narragansett Community Center. A wide variety of both new and used tackle will be available at very reasonable prices. We will also have an impressive collection of antique plugs on display, great food and, of course, plenty of fish tales to share!
Vendor tables are available for $30 while the supply lasts.

This event has proven to be an extremely popular and well-attended mid-winter event. Proceeds are used to support the club's annual Kid's Fishing Day in July.

I went a few years ago & got a real nice conventional for fluke/sea bass for cheap money .
I,ve got some F/W stuff to dump & a lot of new , custom/wood S/W plugs , but I don,t know the builders so I don,t know their worth , but its time to clean house >,
I picked up three two piece F/W rods . needs small spin/reels to match up ..

I'll have a table there, looking forwards to seeing some old friends.

If I wasn't going to be away that week I'd have bought a table, sounds like fun.

Responses to this post have been pretty much on target. Narragansett Surfcasters Surf Day started 6 years ago offering both used and new equipment and the 2019 show will be the same. There will be approximately 20 vendors offering great deals on used equipment. In addition, new equipment and service vendors will include Afterhours Custom Plugs, High Hook Lures, Born To Fish Lures, Aquidneck Island Rod Builders, Snug Harbor Marina, Manhattan Tackle and Beavertail Rod and Reel.

We will also have an award winning antique plug collection on display plus RISAA will be offering tickets to the Providence show in March.

didn,t take photos .a lot of guys & a lot of stuff …………… I scored on plastic …………….judt WTF I needed , but it was too good to pass up .Saw Guppy, Wayne , & DZ & I didn,t stay long because it was crowded & I,d just buy more of what I don,t ,need ><>
