Rest, relax.....some time in the shop and watch the Patriots disassemble the Chargers sunday!:pats2:

Skate on the Garden ice Saturday, but no sticks or pucks... still nice.

Prep for shows, also looking forward to the Patriots de-charge the Chargers ( by 10 ). JR i'll be there.

Been playing a lot of gold due to milder weather, then it turns cold, so it's off to the gym to stay healthy and of course that's where I picked up a nice cold I'll be nursing all weekend. Netflix and football for me.

WOW Spence have you adopted and modified the Presidential McDonalds exercise program? I see your reasoning too, by using the Chuck E Cheese program, due to all the cheese you're hoping to develop that healthy orange glow.

Heat shoulder, PT routine, ice shoulder, three times a day...
Not much in between , gym’s out, counter productive...
