How: $5 entry fee, plus food contribution

This meeting is a smash-up of the remnants of the TFCTFN and Plugfest.

As always, we plan on having a raffle, so if you have some cool swag to donate to keep the lights on, please post a reply to this thread.

Last year's event was fun and kind of free form, so I think we are trying to make things as simple as possible. No speakers or montage this year. There's a bartender available from noon until 4:00 PM that day.

It's a family friendly event, and above all, we want to make getting together fun again.

Directions from the Bourne Bridge: Take second exit off Bourne Rotary onto
MacArthur Blvd.(Rt. 28 south) Go approx. one mile and take first u-turn on left (through divider). MBSC is only 280 feet on right next to Bourne Landfill so move to right travel lane as quickly as possible and enter drive. Before entering landfill there is a paved road on the left which leads to the main parking lot of MBSC. Clubhouse is to the left of the parking lot, not in the archery building that is down the hill.

I think 5 bucks donation to help cover the hall should be good, excess goes to John anyway for the website.

Hopefully we can get a bunch of people there again.

No outside booze allowed. I’m guessing club rules are VERY strict around that one.
The bar there is nice.

I’m bringing a bunch of assorted plugs for the table, too.

Maybe we can do a beers silent auction to raise some funds. For take home only. No tailgating.

Unfortunately I cannot make the event, but I'd like to donate a few subscriptions to The Fisherman Magazine for the raffle table. Where can I send them?

We will have a table set aside for raffle donations, if you want to write down your name and what you donated, that is great. One of us will need to handle the selling of tickets as Frank can’t make it.

Thank you to everyone, most especially PNG. I got a very, very cool prize. Putting that back up twice was amazingly generous.

It constantly amazes me how amazing things come together for the party. For me, the best parts are the special guest stars that come back to visit. That’s you, Back Beach. We should ice fish soon!

Good to see you all today, thanks for coming and for the food, raffle donations for buying tickets and to Rick,Guppy and John for all you do and thanks Larry for help with tickets(I should have been fired for my job, sorry Clammer at least I corrected my mistake ;) ).I think we had a good time.
Pretty funny it took 3 tries to get a winner for the Owl because picking PNG's ticket numbers twice. Third time's a charm.

That Striper painting is sweet, nice work albythereforyou!

Fun time. Always good to see friends. Great job in the kitchen and the food was great. Glad we kept it going.

Thank you for donating the print, my son won it and it now hangs in my living room. Although it was a small showing of guys it was a good time.
