OK, two trips in a row and my son gets the BIG one (19 lbs), I get twinkies. Now he talking smack about how he outfishes his dad, and I'm getting pretty sick of it. This one was larger than his fish sunday. So now he wants to go out again, because the next one will be larger than this one. GEEZ....
BUT, we had a great day yesterday, with 6 or so bass and lots of toothy fish. They ran up to 10-12 lbs. Good fighting fish. Lots of cut offs. Didn't keep any blues this time. And only this one striper was kept for the weigh-in and the grill. Way to go Jimmy !!!!!!:D

Great fish. I always out fish my big brother. He gets so mad, then he gets drunk, stinkin drunk!

Nice Fish! Van if you haven't tried it yet, soak one of the fillets in italian dressing and toss it on the grill, delicious.

FS, I've been trying lots of different ways to prepare the SB for the grill. That one I have not tried yet, thanks.
I did a herb and dill salad dressing and that came out pretty good.
So far my favorite is marinated in teryaki, then grilled. YUMMY !!
