My 12 year-old and I fished with Cohen last night at Block, another great trip. Jason caught 5 fish from low 30s to low 40s, I landed two, one at 40 pounds. Dropped 3-4 more.

If you ever want to get a trophy with a guy who knows what he's doing, and who is very easy and fun to be with, give Cohen Babcock a look. My 12 year-old loves him, and said last night was his favorite trip ever.

My son is 12, and now has five fish over 40 pounds. He's a tad spoiled.

And for those who don't like my political posts, you'll be happy to know that for the first time in 20 years, I got deathly, deathly seasick. Still a great time, only a top notch captain can pull that off!

Except he thinks it's easier than it is. I went fishing a jillion times before I caught a 40, got skunked an awful lot. He hasn't.

Cohen is a solid angler and even better guy. Great memories made there.

that’s exactly what he is. i’m careful who i’ll fish with when i’m with my son, and i’m more careful
about fishing at night in a small boat with my son. Zero worries with Cohen. my son absolutely adores him.

My son hasn't stopped talking about him. All he did, was make my son feel good and proud, all night long. Just how we should all treat all kids.

He will be a great dad someday.... I just found out he recently got married! Congrats!
