Testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee, FBI Director Chris Wray says that in first three quarters of this fiscal year, FBI has made about 100 domestic terrorism arrests. That, he says, is more than last year. The majority of the suspects are motivated by some version of white supremacy, he says.
