Appears in some small country in (I believe) Africa there was a fuel tanker truck explosion that killed 61 people.

That in itself is shocking, but not "Oh my God" worthy.

What was truly shocking was that the people were killed while trying to siphon out the fuel after the truck crashed.
The people in that area are quite poor, and the fuel could be helpful, if not profitable.

I can't imagine many more ways to die that would be as painful and devastating...

Happens a few times each year. People also die when they try to tap into fuel lines to steal fuel and the lines blows us.
