jus saw this on OTW....


13 "captains" were observed (and later boarded) fishing on the wrong side of the line at SWL. states and federal citations were issued. have not seen any names mentioned, of whether or not these were paid charters or just Joe Dokes out slaying some 50's......

It is hard to remember but they can get you for just forgetting to clip a fin.

Get the poachers, fine hard. Curious to see which names drop and if they are repeat offenders

All enforcement agency's have been forced to show pictures of their bust. To reinforce a false narrative there on. The job (which they are..).. and they are effective.. ( no so much and alot of that is structural) but every year there seems to be no plan on this issue .. EP have always had the reputation of chasing kids on dirt bikes and 4 wheelers then patroling high poaching areas when the season starts
