I have my PP account linked to my AMEX card and one of my checking accounts. I have never had a problem with any transactions with them You guys don't know this but I have a little side business selling old 45RPM records. For whatever reason, 80% of my sales are in Europe and I use PP for the payment vehicle. I have never had an issue.
