JohnR 03-03-2020, 08:41 AM And let me guess... the money would go to the general fund instead of to benefit the groups it taxed... Absolutely. And being RI, it will be used to fund initiatives that are diametrically opposed. She's done. Worst Governor that ever existed. Stupid, corrupt and simply wants to line her own pockets. Has no empathy for the general population. She stopped the COLA in the pension system when she was state Treasurer and clandestinely put in a little clause in one of the "investments" she fostered that pays her $125K out of the pension fund FOREVER!! JohnR 03-06-2020, 08:15 AM 7% of what? Every RI Fishing Guide, Club, Trap Shoot, Hunting Guide, etc, will tack on 7% to their bill and mail it into Gina Raimondo. She is using taxes to (attempt to) persuade people to stop processes she does not like. ThrowingTimber 03-11-2020, 01:08 PM Shes setting up her families grow operations.
