He shrunk the staff (even the Obama Administration said it was bloated) and consolidated three directorates which actually made it "stronger because related expertise could be comingled." For political purposes, the American people have been "recklessly scared" into believing lies.

I said that he took the correct first step and then dropped the ball. The nearly two months of delay in test development and deployment is not excusable. When the leader of the government spends months claiming it is a hoax and fake news it trickles down thru the ranks.
