so if I get upset over something Gina says or does and decide to drive to Providence with some friends to protest the government at 1am and we park our cars sideways in the lanes on I95 ("to protect the protesters") and a car comes around the corner, swerves to avoid the vehicles that should't be parked sideways on the highway and hits a couple of people that shouldn't be in the highway...it's the drivers fault?

Washington State Patrol Captain Ron Mead wanted to remind people that protesting on the freeway is illegal.
