Cooler weekend, signs of things to come in this year of absolute crap.

So what's up for the weekend?

Saturday forecast NE 20+ kts with gusts to 30.... Guess I try to get out on boat this evening. Might try to navigate some casts from shore during the day tomorrow, though the surf reports are for big waves...

Heading up to NY to visit my folks.

Finally able to work in the garage without sweating to death.East wind blows right in the open doors.Making lobster buoy poppers [fly].A heated brass tube punched through the foam to make the blank.Fumes from the foam are baaaaad news.A fan and respirator does the trick.

Dinner with the wife tonight, drinks by the fire
Yard work tomorrow followed by drinks by the fire.

Got the boy till tomorrow. Make some pizza and chill tonight, then pick up some parts for the boat tomorrow.

Sunday, the wife has her road test at 8:00 (please pray for my mortal soul!), then up to work on the boat, then Woodman’s for a celebration early dinner.
