Going into day 5 of being locked out of hotmail account. My primary email for twenty years! Because they can't confirm who I am with the answers I provided? Cannot get anyone on a phone? They are the worst!!!!

AAA we needed today and that was the exception, but when your looking for road assistance, you would hope that is more immediate. As stated in the Microsoft Services Agreement, you will no longer be able to access any Services that require a Microsoft account. For any subscriptions associated with the account, Microsoft will immediately cease charging the credit card on file for recurring charges. Hmmmm. I read the code of conduct and have asked them to show me where and what exactly I did to "violate" it.... What a joke it is that they can get away with this...... That account information will have been harvested many many times over twenty years. My son at 11 had his Comcast account hacked and they made me jump through ridiculous hoops to get it unlocked. I don't think he was putting out right wing propaganda on Minecraft or whatever he played back then. If you enter your address in this site, it will let you know how many times it has been harvested. And once you get your account back set up Multi Factor Authentication so you are promoted for an additional token if your account is accessed from another device. Given the amount of crap that goes uncensored, you either did something really out of line, someone accessed your account and did or there is a mistake. I don't really understand why you think it is censorship of you didn't do anything. What are they censoring? If you had paid them for a service, I think you would have some sort of recourse. Of course there is a 0.001 percent chance of finding out I DID commit a serious violation of their service agreement, or code of conduct (since they have used both).... but it would be well worth at least finding out what it was I did!
