Here’s a kick in the pants,,,,
Had a tella med today with a PA to set up a shot in my back to hopefully get me out of pain and get me up and running (stronger?)
It went well and sounds like it will be done soon... the good news

About an hour later I gets a cal from the VA to schedule a date for THE COVID SHOT ,,,, I had to decline, can’t have flue or covid shot two weeks either side of the back shot....... just my luck!!!....:err:

I must be getting old,,, lots of medical chit going on with me lately.... nothing spring won’t fix... LOL
