Ridiculous, $50,000 + court costs serves them right! But it will never fix the fish they have killed. Good to know some of it will go to food banks.

They'll probably get off on appeal. Prosecution has been dismal on fisheries violations over the years.

I used to assume people were basically good until shown to be an AH.
I’ve since flipped that notion.
I now assume people are AH’s until proven differently.
I find I’m not surprised as much.

Well, may have found my early December vacation location this year...
Fishing and casinos in close proximity. Wife will love it!

Actually had a good striper trip in Raritan bay a long time ago. Dunno about now; maybe the poachers are catching ‘em all these days.
