Anyone know a quality person that works in the East Bay? I've got a number of smaller projects piling up I really need to address. Sheetrock repair from a flood, rotting trim, replacing wooden gutters, maybe shingle the garage etc...It's a great house I'd like to find someone good. Thanks...
