Football / TDay Prep So what's up for the weekend. rphud 11-18-2022, 09:14 AM Albies sounds good to me, but so does large stripes in NJ. Maybe small stripes in CT is the more likely. Fixed the stove. Fix my car and work on the house my trump all that though. afterhours 11-18-2022, 09:28 AM Leaves for the last time, put the boat away for the cold sleep, maybe run the sand. Jim in CT 11-18-2022, 10:19 AM looking for your and stripers in old saybrook with sons. saltfly 11-18-2022, 11:42 AM Bamboo flyrod casting outing tomorrow a.m. Rod repairs coming in.Raking the damned leaves for the 4th time. piemma 11-18-2022, 01:17 PM Lots of stuff around the Ponderosa. I have to get wood out of the back 10 before we get snow or I'll never get it till spring. Plant the garlic I ordered and perhaps a beverage or 2. The Dad Fisherman 11-19-2022, 10:26 AM Dinner with the better half last night, then a couple of beverages by the fire. Got a Bourbon tasting today at the local liquor store. Patriots football tomorrow Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device tattoobob 11-19-2022, 04:19 PM Got take out and watched Andor last night Today I worked, Wes (my grandson is over he has RSV) He's in good spirits and doing okay Dinner and Bruins tonight Tomorrow hopefully doing nothing but I'll probably do some stupid chore or something t_man7 11-19-2022, 05:43 PM Fishing, make VB’s Beluga. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device ProfessorM 11-19-2022, 07:16 PM I’m done. George and I got a dozen Albies on a Tuesday at Quicks. There were 100’s upon 100’s. Sight to see this late in season. Fun. I’m done for the year. Work today. Daughter’s college tomorrow for national honor society thingy. SAUERKRAUT 11-20-2022, 03:55 AM I should be done-- but I am probably beating the dead horse. I did a 248 mile round trip drive to be daybreak casting on the RI SOCO shoreline 2 days ago. I have no contacts, and the only way I can get information is by doing this-- DIY. This is truly self flagellation; and I'll probably do it again. Yesterday, I stripped down the Fortier (SauerKraut). Today I'll change the oil, tighten the stuffing box, fix a faulty bilge pump switch, and then look for a less then gale force wind day to run the boat to Popes Island for winter hibernation. ProfessorM 11-20-2022, 06:58 PM Nice fishing again with you and George this year Alan. Hopefully we will be doing it again next year. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
