It appears the paint on the skeg of my trolling motor has declined to say attached.

Seems I caught it in time the remainder came off rather easily the aluminum casting was just lite powder. No corrosion it’s still smooth.

Suggestions on what to use to prime and repaint?

Outboard paint. Standard bottom paint? Or just rustoleum
