$580k isn't bad for a 3 br Colonial. The house we sold for $323k back in 2017 is valued at $543k by Zillow (not on the market tho). 1500 sq. ft. gambrel Cape mainland side of Bourne.

Yes, house is well priced and one of the least expensive in the area.

Best of luck w/sale. Former coworker who bought a house on cape recently said there is very little inventory.

My son Leo just bought a house on the Sandwich/Bourne line. (It’s in Bourne)
He paid a little bit less than that but the house is much smaller.

Taxes are expensive'ish for the Cape and you still have to pay and take your trash to the transfer station.
