I am looking for recommendations for a wading jacket for under 100 bucks. I know Aqua Skin is probably the best, but I don't have that much to spend.

I have a Grunden's green foul weather top (XL) I think that I can part with. Funny, I just pulled it out of the washing machine. In great shape, has neoprene cuffs and hood.

I've used it as my foul weather top for the beach.

If you are actually going to get soaked there is no substitute for those aquaskinz - schweet!

Otherwise getting wet is an option. Depending on how long you can wait to get wet there might be some options from breathable to sweatable...
