A most disappointing beach season size-wise. And I am not dinking around with small fish lures, tackle, or areas. On Instagram that would have been a 30lb fish. SAUERKRAUT 08-02-2024, 10:29 AM Photo Thread: Last night. Wasn't a fun experience. Surf Caster 08-02-2024, 11:45 AM Photo Thread: Last night. Typically one would say...."This story is worthless without pictures" However, in this situation, .....These pictures NEED a story!!! The colors on those fish don't look aged, fresh actually...not thinking you picked those up along the shore by chance...:lurk::jump1: SAUERKRAUT 08-02-2024, 06:33 PM [QUOTE=bloocrab;1245974]Typically one would say...."This story is worthless without pictures". However, in this situation, .....These pictures NEED a story!!! 1. Hope this Picture Thread would take off for John and this site with other contributors. 2. These are brown sharks; they are more of a nuisance every year during these hot weather months. Usually you get your plug back with these incidences. Not at all true with seal encounters percentage wise. 3. Picture here is a typical seal encounter (and yes, I did get my plug back this time). June, Truro. Seals really suck. Surf Caster 08-24-2024, 08:25 AM Here's a fish i lost to a large brown shark in less than 5 feet of water, 20 yards off the beach a few years ago.
