Does anybody have the results / breakdown of last weeks club surf tournament? Granted , I dont have facebook, so maybe its been posted and I just didnt see it...

No, when RISAA took it over they said NO SITES. It would be like a 50th HS reunion ; )

In this day and age of instant sharing of information, how is it that i cant find anyone that has the full results from this tournament?

Would be nice to see some actual details of how all the clubs placed
and the size of fish caught. I would think that anyone who fished would like to know... Not everyone was able to make it to the awards breakfast, and it honestly makes me not want to even bother next year if you cant even find the results a week and a half later

I did... Members of my old club convinced me to participate... I lost interest in tournaments years ago, but figured I would give it a shot since I would be out anyways... Would be nice to at least know the outcome.

I've asked . Still waiting.
CSA wasn't participating until.the tournament went c&r. Had a new bunch of members give it a go. Hopefully Ill organize a group for next year's tournament and make a showing myself.

I think that the entry system this year was a little wonky too. I know there was an outage at one point Saturday night, where some submissions had to be emailed instead of submitted via the portal. This lead to a little confusion during the awards announcements at the Andrea. I am sure they will work out the bugs for next year.

I agree that if it is going to be a digital format, they should be posting standings updates and final results across their platforms.

Nevertheless, it was really nice to get back out and fish this tournament after so many years away from it. We managed to catch a bunch of fish, have many laughs, and a great breakfast.

Big thanks to CSA prez Steve H. for rounding the troops! Looking forward to next year.
