Hi , ya don,t know me .but could you help me .I,m in deep #^&#^&#^&#^& with my sugar .they gave me a list for snacks ...some I can,t eat & some I hate .I can eat Beef Jerky , but they said only certain kinds[brands] can you tell me what to get & not to get thanks .......Mike
