Thanks for getting back to me! I have had some problems navigating, never did this post and thread business before, and computer was down for a while. We are moving the next two weekends to East Hampton, so now i can gear up for more surf work. Would really like to meet you sometime where you fish, as I need to know what to use, tide info etc.--Have gone a few nights and only caught a couple of shorties, but learning has a curve to it....

It was nice to meet ya down there at PJ. Did you fish after the storm? I packed it in and went home. You would not believe the fishing at the canal monday morning. I took my dad down there and between the two of us we got 30-40 fish, only a couple were not 22-24 pounds. I got a 38-40 pounder which is my second best. It was unreal fishing. Im more than happy to give you any information you need about the canal or other areas from CT and Ri.
Rob, I think you may be the guy I met at Pt Judith last Sat nite. We were talking with a guy from PA that had a camper at the parking area about 11 PM. If so, send me a message, as you fish the canal a bit and I need to know more. Thanks.
