Nice work by all.

New Jack, PM me when you get a minute and I'll get you set up with an online gift certificate. Or an in-store one, if that works better for you.

ANYONE found a weight loss supplement that works?

No supplements here...Low carb, smaller portions and more exercise is what did it for me.

Having to check in every week here and getting a divorce also helped quite a bit with the willpower to keep my pie hole shut. :)

No Supplement.....eat less and move more...pretty simple recipe

new jack 06-05-2012 06:53 PM

Supplements are sketchy. It's all about healthy food in moderation and lots of exercise. I was doing an hour on the elliptical 5-6 days a week. Burning 900 to 1150 calories a day depending on the settings.

Supplements may work in short term, but it's the long term that is most important.

Slowly losing weight helped me condition my way of thinking about food. It's a process that takes time.

Congrats to New Jack & Kegger :kewl:

OK - Executive decision time :btu:

Because we have split prizes in the past and were very murky on it this year, I am clarifying that there are prizes for First and Second Place!

(not talking about the different waders that will be necessary ;) )

Prizes will be dispersed next week when I get back from fishing. Awesome job guys!

Again, everyone confirm what you sent if not in the past 2 pages of this thread.

Keep my prizes, I'm sure you can find a good home for them in one of your raffles to benefit a good cause. I'll take a sticker though if you could spare one :)

BTW...I donated the white/blue head afterhours polaris popper

I look forward to doing this again next year. I'm going to work hard to stay on the right track and hopefully start at a lower weight then where I finished this year. Thanks again!

Bump for the New Year 2013

I will not be doing this again here but am on a weight loss regime. I have lost 22 lbs in 2 months by eating healthy and by doing 35-55 minutes per day on an elliptical. Going for -40lbs.

I'll run/help with this if anyone is interested. Please post and we can start a new thread if there is interest. JohnR what say you?
