So at this point, I think it would be reasonable for joint bidding. If some members want to pool their resources and bid together, that is cool with me.

The item(s) to be auctioned need to be static from now on you can't keep adding and taking away from what is being bid upon. Technically we should probably start this whole thing over and post it on ebay and open it to the world..get top dollar and you will not have to manage the auction, not to mention JR is already set up as a player on ebay.
