So you tell me WDMSO, other than hypocrisy, why is a child rapist still embraced in Hollywood, but someone who calls people nasty names, isn't?

It's a political calculation of the left. Splinter the nation into as many groups as possible, and hope you can cobble together enough of them, to equate to 51% of the voters on election day. It is absolutely deliberate. They can't win any other way, they can only win with conflict among those groups, they want groups of victims to be mad at upper middle class honkeys. They cannot resist the urge to fan the flames of divisiveness, they depend on it. Their political survival depends on it. They are getting clobbered all across the map, they are desperate, so this is what they came up with.
