I have at least 5-7 tags to eben, also i have free trash pickup in my neigborhood, can bring whatever back to my house for pickup if the town doesnt throw ya some tags.

Nebe 03-23-2004 06:20 PM

chef thats great, we'll use those tags. I went by there today and there was mucho agua flowing over the falls which has washed some of the trash away but there's still a bunch of junk.... road cones, drywall tape hanging from trees, sleds.... all kinds of wierd stuff.

RIROCKHOUND 03-23-2004 06:31 PM

I'll try too... where you guys meeting up, right at the falls?

Nebe 03-23-2004 06:37 PM

yeah at the falls then lunch at the Ocean Mist or the Mews dont matter to me... they both got :gu:

RIROCKHOUND 03-23-2004 06:39 PM

cheferson 03-25-2004 01:48 PM

Surfin tacos- fish taco 1 thumb up, everything else:yak:

Nebe 03-25-2004 04:29 PM

I went to the falls today and took a sniff sniff to see what was going on and it looks like 50% of the trash and crap has been washed down stream and will eventually end up on Goosefish's Oyster lease...... sorry goosefish:huh:

Theres still some junk there though and with a few guys we should get it cleaned up in about a half hour....

It also looks like the river walk boardwalk project is about to get started because there are now a bunch of hay bails all over the river bank....

Nebe 03-28-2004 02:15 PM

Thanks to Chefferson and Toonoc for the help! We had the place cleaned up in about 45 minutes.. lots of plastic crap, and if anyone wants to know where they can find a decomposing rat I can help them out :yak:

Good Work Eben and others. The public needs to know that the fishermen are the ones who take care of the shore and not the ones who polute it. Keep up the good work.
