Work 9am-1130pm sat+sun, got kitchen prepped up for opening last two days( chefs been out from nasty sugar burn that got innfected, getting his wound scrubbed daily and also intravenous antibiotics). Fish like crazy on my weekend , mon, tues and wed.:D
