Karl,

Kinda puts a damper on all the work we do, doesn't it? It was either ignorant people who don't realize that the birds will re-nest and make the season longer or smart people who know that and did it in hopes of keeping the beach closed longer. I was really shocked when I read the headlines that day. If the vehicle punched in, maybe they can pin it down but if not, we'll never know! Gotta keep fighting though!! These morons will not stop us. There is power in numbers and we as fisherman are powerful......go wet a line and have fun!

You got it fishermom ( Wendy, how are ya?)
I know they (Park Dept.& PD) are doing their homework, and it might pay off :D (I hope)

I understand that the patrols have been increased, and the entire rule book is enforced to the letter from here on out. I heard of three stickers that were scraped for rule infractions this past weekend.... I understand one guy was going to get a citation, and started running his mouth (smart fella  ) got the escort off, and the razor blade treatment instead.

Ya know, I really don't have a problem with that... enforce the rules, get the troubles to go away. And if you give the patrol attitude, ya deserve to get tossed.

Tight lines Wendy, and say hi to Ken for me!
