OK, drawing details. This Rod Raffle, being the popular event that it is, would be best served in interest of honesty and integrity, to having the numbers chosen by an interesting disinterested :eek5: party. So I propose that the drawing will take place sometime between 7pm and 8pm, Tuesday July 20, at our Semi-Official Striped-Bass.com meeting hall (Hooters - Airport RD - Warwick, RI) and have the waitress pull the lucky number. All are welcome. We just splits some wings, tell lies, and draw the tickets...
