Some of the gas credit cards out there are offering 5% rebates, it might be worthwhile. While 5% may not seem like much it could add up to a couple of free tanks a year.

I will fish no matter what!! I sell what I catch so if I can at least pay for the gas I will be fine! (thats easy!!)

As for pumping gas in Alaska, I am for it but it will make no difference at all!! We have no place to refine it and it will take years to build a refinery to refine it.
Also Americans are a bunch of greedy SOB!! We could not afford are own gas! With the cost of laborer, to build, pump, and refine we will never be able to sell it for what the other countries do!
Just look at the out put of the refinery's we have now, They don't even pump enough to put a dent in it!! The only time they start pumping is when the prices go up.

I moved to the Cape 9 years ago to fish!! And fish I will!

Hell.....you only live once. We all know ways to solve the problem but we forget who we're dealing with......THE GOVERNMENT !!! They play their games and we pay the price. I don't have many years left so I'll enjoy it.

Ronnie just wait until the sulphur is taken out of the diesel per order of the EPA you think it is expensive now just wait, I think there will be a lot of diesel trucks for sale in the near future
