Ok everybody -- here is the easiest way I know to resize a picture for posting.
First -- go to Google and enter PIXresizer. It will take you to the results page and then download the program PIXresizer. Once installed on your computer, you can just bring any photo (regardless of size ) to the program by simply following the commands. You then can select the size that will correspond to the parameters that are allowed to post the picture. You save it with a name in any program you desire. I use My Photos in Microsoft. Now when you go to post the picture you select the image you have resized. just remember that you cannot have spaces in the file name and give it a jpg name. Once you use this program you will never go back to any other method. I also use this program to insert photos in e-mail. Good luck........:D :lossinit: :wall: :wall: |

Easy way to resize pics.
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/d...powertoys.mspx Go to link and download "Image Resizer", it's on the right hand side of page under "downloads", 11 spots down. Once installed, right click on your image and scroll thru the menu for "resize pictures", click on it and select the size you want and it'll make a copy of that pic at the size you selected. |
for me to resize pics without downloading anything...
www.imageshack.us upload your picture, click the box next to rezie select the size in the drop down then click upload youll get this window full of links , choose the one with the [img] or [url] <-- tag looking like this in the beginning and then post it in your message.. if you resized it to be 800 x 600 then click on the thumbnail or your picture to the right of the page and then saveas, and there you will get your resized picture :) hope that helps |
