...Not to get off this Tog topic....but, a certain "Hot Spot" is already full of dudes hefting their Livewells and filling their laundry baskets and heading down to the rocks....one of my informants tipped me off!!!....drove by it on his way to work....:eek: ...Oh boy, its gonna be tough to stop toggin'....:confused:

Too bad for them. It would be great if the fisheries were abundant enough that there were no real rules or regs but we know that can't happen.

I was under the impression the season didn't open til 5/1 in RI, unless of course these were taken in waters other than RI in which case jsut ignore me and i'll slink away back to the lurking shadows :-)
