Charter captians DO NOT own the rips or the area they fish. Just because you have a bunch of people that paid to come out with you doesn't mean you can try to muscle a guy off his spot when he found it and got there first.

Invading space that is close to another fisherman should be avoided unless cleared by the fisherman that was there 1st. Man law would be "If I can hear what you say when speaking in a normal tone over crashing waves and wind then you're too close!"
