[QUOTE=big jay;559338]Thanks guys, I'm really flattered.
She's a '92 Duffy, we bought her in '98. Cummins 300B, cruises 19/20kts, and will go 15 through just about anything-troll valve takes her down under 1kt. Only burns about 10 g an hour, so she's simple and ecomical to run. Big cockpit and the full keel make her a nice platform to fish from

Pretty impressive 19-20kt cruise for a 31 downeast!

Billy C's Holland is still out there - the mojo alone might be worth it.

:uhuh::uhuh::uhuh:
Probable the 2nd cleanest boat around also, his other boat being the 1st !

200 gallons.

We bought her down in Brielle, NJ. Made it from there to Sandwich on 100 gallons.

She's got more range than I have stones...

You're not kidding Ron. You really could eat out of the bilges on both those boats.

Is it listed anywhere?
I'm pretty sure he just re-powered it.
Quite a while back I saw some pics his mate posted on thehulltruth, though not in the classifieds.

I don't think she's listed on-line anywhere. Just sitting down in Sandwich with a for sale sign on her. I know he really wants to sell her and just go back to one boat -- be a great rod and reel boat for someone.
I fished on another 32 Holland that was a commercial troll boat, and they really raise fish.

Well, back to the reel ?.

It sounds like your experience with okuma is kinda what everyone elses is, hit or miss. Its strange that it would slip for you then land a huge shark. For the money, I think I'd still give it a try.?.

If you buy the junk Okuma 2 things I can guarantee.

1) The giant will eat the bait on the reel.
2) As it swims away with all your line gear and pride it (the Okuma)will end up on the bottom of the LL's after you throw it off the WC swearing.
Trophy fish dont come by that often so when they do I want to be prepared.
Buy quality. Plus the World Cat only likes high end reels. Still waiting for the ride.

I'm gonna have plenty of time off this summer, every other week actually. I do think you'll need to come up here though.

And if thats what it takes for some tuna to bight, I'll buy ten!
